The iPhone 3G is a touch screen device manufactured by Apple. The iPhone features many applications such as an iPod, Internet, E-mail, and a cellular phone. The iPhone has revolutionized the technological world by becoming the first touch screen cell phone. The new and improved version of the iPhone allows you to surf the web faster, play games, go on AIM, and more without have to use Safari. It features an Application Store which is where anyone can go to buy any application made for the iPhone. The 3G part of the iPhone is a faster internet source for the iPhone. AT&T runs the 3G network just as they used to run EDGE. The 3G network is probably 2x as fast as EDGE but it burns the battery life a lot quicker. The iPhone 3G is a great device but can put you in a position where you have to deal with the pros and cons of it.
i think that the reason verison is not getting the Iphone is cause they will be spending more money than they make. Most verison phones are original so they dont have to pay for what they sell, but since apple made the Iphone they will have to buy it everytime they want to sell one. As more people want to get the Iphone verison will have to buy them.
